It's all legal downloading any MIDI files from NiftyServe when you
have an ID. Unfortunately I've got no English guidance how to get an ID,
 because I've already have one and the process was carried in
Japanese, but maybe Compuserve have some kinda one. Will someone with
CIS ID go to Japan-Forum of CIS and ask someone of that?

Even if you get an Nif ID, there's the problem of JIS-code. Fortunately,
NiftyServe have an English guidance system, but uploaded MIDI files are
entitled in Japanese. But the problem is not serious, for if you got the
number of the data, you're able to download it. Someone (me??) would
pick the numbers up...
